Keganasan Lexus LFA tidak hanya tersirat di desain bodinya yang tidak kalah eksotis dari supercar asal benua eropa maupun Amerika, namun juga dari mesin bensin V10 berkode 1LR-GUE yang memiliki kapasitas 4.805 cc.

Mesin ganas tersebut mampu menghasilkan tenaga dahsyat hingga 412 kW(560 PS) pada 8.700 rpm dengan torsi maksimum mencapai 480N/m pada 6.800 rpm. Dengan kekuatan sebesar itu, supercar ini mampu melaju dari 0-100 km/jam dalam 3,7 detik dengan kecepatan maksimum hingga 325 km.

Di Jepang mobil ini dilepas dengan harga 37,5 juta yen atau sekitar Rp 3,903 miliar. Dan jatah untuk Jepang sendiri sudah laris manis.
